Zusammenfassung
Soziale Roboter als Kombination aus Off- und Onlinewelt befinden sich heute noch in der Experimentierphase, werden aber zukünftig immer häufiger als Markenkontaktpunkte auch für die Markenführung relevant. Soziale Roboter werden dabei in den Markenkontaktpunkten (1) Kernprodukt, (2) Services, (3) Kommunikation und (4) Distribution zum Einsatz kommen. Die Eignung von sozialen Robotern als Markenkontaktpunkt kann entlang der drei Ebenen des markenorientierten UX-Modells Usability (u. a. Akzeptanz sicherstellen und Fehlerreduktion), Erlebnis (u. a. Anthropomorphisierung, aber Vermeidung von Uncanny Valley) und Bedeutung (u. a. Markenstil und Markenpositionierung beachten) beurteilt werden, wobei dabei auch immer der jeweilige Markenkontext zu berücksichtigen ist.
